I am sorry for your misunderstanding but yes you are correct, the promotion was on specific tools to be purchased at the same time. ( One claim per purchase occasion ) You also needed to register all these purchased tools for 3 year warranty.
I understand how you feel. As with any competition or promotional actvity there are a small number of failed claims. Many of these were resolved when the person completed their 3 year warranty.
I will forward your feedback back to the relevent department but overall the promotion was very successful and we had many more since and planned for the future.
