Have owned my 36v sds drill since they came out, but in the last 6 months it appears sluggish and under powered. The batteries charge and  all 3 indicators light yet it feels slow and has lost its grunt, any ideas?

Hi Gary

It could be for a number of reasons. If the batteries have been left outside over night in the recent sub zero temperatures they may not be 100%. If the batteries are the oiginals and have been used alot they may need replacing. However considering the tools age it may just need a simple service. Without taking a look at it I can only guess.
My advice is to book a free collection with our service team on 0844 736 0109 and get the tool in for an inspection and quote. They will be able to check if there is a fault and test the batteries are up to spec.

Kind regards

The Bob Team
