i have purchased 4 bosch tools over the last 6 months - in the expectation i would get a "free" tool by points earned.

now i find this was wrong - i should have purchased all at once...

come on bosch play fair please...

i assume this is another conn bosch deal

Hi Peter

I am sorry for any misunderstanding and understand how you feel but unfortunately the requirement was stated on the 2nd line of the claim form and item 15 in the term & conditions. It stated the tools needed to be purchased on the same purchase. I assure you there was no con here and that the promotion has been very successful.
